There is a line in the song that goes, "It's all the same. Only the names will change."
I would suggest only playing the video until you hear the words...it get's ugly.
The comments sounded exactly like what I would tell people in 1999 about Amway/Quixtar only the commenter was talking about her deal as if it was groundbreaking.
This is not Wendy's fault. She is probably just repeating what she has been told by her upline gurus.
"(Our Team) has an "MLM" aspect to it, it is far from being a traditional MLM. "
I think that I first used this line in 1992. If your company has an MLM aspect, then it's a friggin' MLM. I don't care if you call it private franchising, consumer direct marketing, relationship marketing or network marketing, it's all the same. Companies differ in quality of product, leadership, compensation, etc., but if you are compensated for your sales and the sales if the people that you bring into the company, you are involved with an MLM. That is not a bad thing to be involved with in my opinion.
"(The Team) has something to offer everyone, for those willing to spend the time to really understanding it."
This is a big hot button for me. Your team (and I don't care what team it is) does not have something to offer everyone. First of all, Bill Gates and many other people do not need MLM. Secondly, not everyone has the desire or skills to build a Network Marketing business.
