What's your Customer Service Department like? When you ask most lead companies this question, there's going to be a very long, awkward silence on the other end of the phone. You see, most lead companies don't even have a Customer Service department! If you call Peak Impact and ask that question, you'll discover that one of our founders is actually the Vice President in charge of Customer Service! If you ever have a problem, it becomes our problem as soon as you call us. Even on weekends, nights or holidays! We're absolutely, positively fanatical about taking care of our customers! Are your leads incentivized? Now here's a question most lead companies hope you never ask! Why? Because as many as 80% of all leads sold today are incentivized...which means that your prospect was basically “bribed” to fill out a form. Works great for the lead company...but not for you!
