Let's get rid of that fear right now. The fear of rejection comes when you present your business or product to people that have not already told you that they have a need for your business or product.
If you ask enough questions of your potential business partner, you will know whether or not they have a real need for your product or opportunity.
One of the products that I sell helps with joint health. It is not hard to find people with sore knees. Those people have a need for the product. I simply have to give them a sample and if the product works for them, they will likely want to buy it.
If they say that the product doesn't work, they are not rejecting you, they are rejecting the product.

... because...
'rejection' is humiliation.
THAT's the biggest fear.
Now, what do we do about it...?
