I would like some information on an organization called Teambuilders. They use Quixtar and it looks like they are head up by a guy named Lennon Ledbetter. Can anyone tell me about this guy and this organization??

I would highly recommend that you attend some of the Teambuilder meetings and you will get a pretty good idea what kind of organization they are and what an incredible guy Lennon is. I personally know Lennon as well as anyone you will ever meet, and will simply say that helps more people believe in themselves and their dreams than any person I have ever known. He is different than anyone you will ever meet. He is an energy source that people are attracted to. When you are around him you are happy and he makes you want to be a better person... If you spend any significant time around him or his Teambuilder organization it will improve your life and give you a tool with which you can serve other people...

Lennon Ledbetter is the owner of a company called Teambuilders. Teambuilders is an expensive motivational program which attempts to inspire people to make a fortune through the Quixtar (formerly Amway) business. In the process, Lennon has made the real fortune through his tapes, books and speaking engagements. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to make money through the selling of Quixtar products. The true money is made through convincing others to spend a fortune on the Teambuilder's "tools." ie motivational tapes and reading materials. The people who do well are those who are into the motivational end. Some feel it is unethical to play on people's dreams. If you hope to make it with the Quixtar MLM, the best way is to kiss up to Lennon and get into the promotional end. You can read testimonies from many former Emeralds and Diamonds who agree with this assessment. Lennon himself is a very personable, inspirational person but then so are many snake oil salesmen and tent preachers.

I don't feel the same way about Lennon that Rich does at all. I think he is a creep. He is successful because he is so good at convincing people he's wonderful and that they all want to be like him (they buy his tapes that way). Stay away from him and Quixtar.

Lennon Ledbetter... oh, where to begin. He proclaims that this is a family business. What he doesn't tell you is that his family is not functioning well at the moment. He currently is going through a divorce. Without going into details, if I were his wife I would have left him looooooong ago.

I also know Lennon as well as his "good friend", Rich. Both of them are creeps. Rich sleeps around on his wife, too. I even know the woman because we were friends at one time until I confronted them about it. The sad thing is that they preach this stuff about being with family and how good it is for families and they are never home with their own families. He calls himself "Brink" to people and tried to get me in the business by hitting on me. I've seen him try it with a lot of women and his wife turns a blind eye.

come on people. Please give me a brake! at at least lennon is doing something for his future but wat about you guys...What r u guys doing to encourge other to better thier lives?

I just met with an emerald who switched his entire group to Team under Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady. It appears Lennon wasn't fair and balanced with his "system" profit sharing plan with his hardworking, respectable leaders. The Teambuilders "system" collapsed like a house of cards. Lennon here's some advice for you.....If you teach a hungry man to be smart (and your slave) don't screw him out of his well deserved meal.

Is there any news of a new pin for Lennon? A couple of years ago, there was a real buzz around the net that he would be finishing Crown quallification, but that never materialized. Is Founders Double Diamond or Triple Diamond in his future?

Are any of his downline emeralds qualifying diamond? I did hear that John and Julie Donovan were getting very close to Diamond. I believe Lennon is still waiting to break his first diamond in depth.

Beware of a scam artist named JOhn attending the Mesa, AZ Tuesday teambuilders 8 pm meeting hitting on gullible older people with big bank accounts!

Lennon was made a Crown Ambassador at the Free Enterprise, held in Salt Lake City in 2003 or 2004. I'm not exactly sure which year, but my wife and I were both there. We have since gotten out of Quixtar, so no longer have contact with Teambuilders.

Lennon is Awesome! You are who are negative & don't know him have a lot to say but for those of us who do know him can honestly say....HE'S AWESOME! I love him, the business, the system that has helped my life on every level.....personal & in business! I couldn't thank them enough for the benefits of the personal growth system as well as all the knowledge you need to build a successful business team if that's what you want. Or you can sit around & be negative since you just couldn't do the buisness & quit. But it's ok lots of people quit & can't do it because the goal isn't big enough or clear enough but don't bash them....they did it from zero & now are successful. Be happy! Not negative!

Lennon, plays on DREAMS, of the average man & woman, is a great storyteller...and we will let it go at that STORYTELLER, being the optimum word. YOU CANNOT make money off the products, and he is not forthcoming in telling his constituents that the money is made off the tools. He looks great on stage, but stinks in real life, everything that he has preached about being the most important and sacred in life mainly FAMILY, he has lost, because of his womanizing. His first and only DIAMOND, John & Julie Donovan, have broken completely away from the Ledbetter organization. He & Suzanne did go CROWN, but it was taken away immediately when the corporation found out he BOUGHT it through the various legs who were front-line to him. As a person, I really hope he can admit the wrong doings he has been a part of and go forward and LEAD, in honesty & integrity. I know his mother Virigina, who is deceased, would want him to come clean, grow from his mistakes, and make restitution. I just want those of you who are still in the game to ask WHY Manase is no longer around? ACTIONS will always speak louder than words. Why is the only DIAMOND he has in his organization GONE????? In the long run INTEGRITY has to be present to maintain stability. The lie will always catch up to you.

There is a lot of slander going on here. Lennon and Suzanne are both wonderful people. Curtis, Virginia, Rob, Katie, all of them have done many great things and helped a lot of people. As for the lady who WISHES Lennon was hitting on her to get her in the business, GROW UP. Are you kidding me? Honestly, that is the funniest thing I have ever heard. Lennon's charm and charisma may have lifted your own ego because he paid attention to you and your family, but trust me, he was not hitting on you. And for sure not to get you in the business. Too funny.
And what's more, all of you need to seriously stop this kind of horrible, hurtful gossip. Are you so perfect that you have no dirty laundry? If you had an imperfect family (I am guessing you do, since you are of the human race) would you want it broadcasted like this for all to see? Life is short enough as it is. Sheesh!

Lennon & all of Teambuilders are wonderful people & have done a lot for thousands of people & we all wish we had what they have....guess what you can...you just have to work for it! They are a great bunch & will help anyone make it if that's what they really want!

Who is perfect? No one is perfect in this life. God made each of us uniquely different and with various talents. You have the seed of greatness inside of you to be the best YOU can be. You do not have to be like Lennon. You can do better & greater things being yourself. He is doing what he knows and does best which is to inspire others to want more of life and to help each individual realize that you are the son/daughter of a King with the potential to do anything you put your mind to. And if you are looking for a vehicle that will assist you in realizing your dreams/desires/goals/purpose (however you want to call it) he is inviting those who want to be part of the "raising tide that raises all ships". I think the most important fact is that every single person that is following Lennon in Teambuilders is doing so VOLUNTARALY and thus no one is being forced to do or buy anything. He recommends what has worked for him and what has helped him have the success he has. Now if you don't want the lifestyle he has - debt free and options to choose what to do with your life AND the responsibility that comes with being a leader (just like any leader be it a president - who is criticized no matter what they do) then don't do what he recommends and follow and listen to the person who does have the style of life you want. Bottom line is - YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHTS, DECISIONS AND ACTIONS! Choose wisely as they will determine what kind of life you will have starting from today on. I do not understand why people in Utah keep going for this garbage. Are we more trusting? More gullible? The man at the top is making all the money and you are literally (I have been to one of the meetings) throwing it at him. He walks away with fistfulls of twenties after doing little more than pumping up the crowd with clever group psychology triggers. It was disgusting! The pursuit of money for the pursuit of money is detrimental to society, family, friends, and self. I am a high school English teacher. I make practically nothing in the way of money, but I make a difference. I watch kids learn to read, learn, and acheive. MLM's make money. They do little else. If you want your life to be about making money, then so be it...but you will not convince me that what you are doing is good, ethical, family oriented, humble, or making any real difference in the world. "The Dream" is just that. Wake up and do something better for yourselves, your friends, your family, and the world than pursue money at any cost. And, if you are LDS...you know better!
