Some people describe Network Marketing as a "people business" and others describe it as a "numbers game". So which one is it?
The answer is both.
If you don't work the numbers in Network Marketing, you will not make the money, but if you treat people like numbers, you won't make keep your money - long term.

I suggest that you seek out an upline mentor and ask them how many samples to give out, people to contact, phone calls to make, etc. Then double that number and get busy. You do not have to be the best at any of those things if you are willing to work harder than others.
Then, when it comes to the people, treat them like gold. Be a servant leader. Do more than they expect in every area and the people on your team will stay with you for a long time.
Very realistic view, indeed. Working in team is difficult both for the leader and for the members of the group.
