If their customer service standards do not improve they will not be growing as expected. My own experience with them is once they've got your money, you'll get the product when you get it and lump it. I found them to be very dishonest, waited a month as opposed to the 1 1/2 weeks I was told then was "blown off" by both the rep and the hostess when I pressed for my products which had already gone through my credit card weeks ago. Head office did nothing either than the typical "Gee that's terrible we'll look into it!" REFUSED to refund money. Product magically appeared that night.

I have been purchasing VE products for the past six years and have never had a problem. It's important to remember that they are growing very quickly, and I know they are working very hard to ensure everyone gets their stuff on time. Perhaps you had a negative experience, but I don't think it's fair to criticize the company as whole. The quality of their products is unmatched in my opinion, and I love supporting a 100% Canadian owned, women run business!
